Add Ticket Created and Replied to from Email functionality
We need to be able to verify email addresses and send/receive from an email address. This means we need to be able to read the IMAP inbox of the email address so we can get new mail for "create ticket by email" and "respond by email" functionality.
For now, all we're going to use it for is password reset, notifications and email verification though.
